The 4 MP'S who could have criminal charges over theft and fiddling of expenses are likely to hide behind the 1689 Bill Of Rights, passed to protect the free speech of parliamentary members.

This gives them immunity from acts committed in the Houses, but was not intended to protect criminal dishonesty. Unfortuantely, they can claim immunity as the offences were committed in Parliament.

Heads on a pike in Pall Mall!!!

What the media will not mention is that these prosecutions are a result of BNP sleazebuster and ex-London Police Chief Richard Barnbrook, a BNP London Assembly Member. He complained to the Met. PoLice who had no choice but to investigate the allegations.

Won't work. The 1869 Bill Of Rights was for acts IN the Commons. Defrauding the Government is not covered and any judge worth his salt will wash is down the toilet.
Strange thatr the very Bill that these scumbags are trying to enact is the one they have been riding roughshod over concerning taxation isn't it?

Yeah we find sudden love of the constitution from our politicians as well - They spend years in office trying to overthrow the Republic, but when the law catches up to them they always yell for "Due Process" to escape judge and jury.
